St Lucie Family Eye Care

We had such a great experience bringing our 3 kids to St. Lucie Family Eye Care! The staff was kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They were wonderful with children and made each of my kids feel comfortable and at ease during their exams. The doctors took their time, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel rushed. The office was clean, organized, and very family-friendly. Picking out glasses was actually enjoyable because the team was so helpful and patient with the kids. It’s hard finding a place that is both professional and genuinely caring, but this office truly was. We’re very thankful for the excellent care and will definitely continue bringing our family here. Highly recommend to any parents looking for a trustworthy eye doctor for their children!

Dr. Vasuki Anandan and her staff were extremely kind and helpful from the time of calling with an emergency appointment, through the full eye exam. The receptionist over the phone was very nice and patient, listening to my injury I had with my eye and even communicated after the call with photos via text to make sure they could address my concern at their office prior to arriving. They were even able to squeeze me in-between patients the next day. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very friendly not only towards me, but all that entered. So of course first impressions are everything. Finally, I had my exam with Dr. Vasuki Anandan. She observed both eyes even though I had clearly injured one by rubbing debris from the beach in my eye. She was very thorough in her exam, and took the time to explain the type of injury, and made me feel comfortable knowing the eye was clean and just needs more healing time. She gave detailed instructions to continue care at home. She was very personable, thorough, kind, and I did not feel rushed at all. I'm happy to return for a regular healthy eye exam at future date to continue all my eye care needs in one place.

I stopped in for an eye exam today and was greeted by Lexie, a welcoming receptionist..from there I was helped by Grecia,who explained the entire process,ran some tests and took me to the optometrist..Dr Plante was so engaging and had extreme attention to detail,I never felt rushed like some nation wide,one size fits all places tend to do!! From there I was taken to Dave who specializes in finding the perfect glasses! He was patient and very thorough,and never tried to up sell me something I couldn't afford, even Arriana helped assist me too,truly an all hands on deck experience,including Evan from the back office!! What a great experience and I highly recommend St.Lucie Family eye care!!

My family and I have been seen by both Dr. Anandan and Dr. Plante and they are both incredibly kind and patient. They truly care about their patients. There is a great selection of glasses to choose from, even for kids! I love that you can text the office for questions and scheduling as this makes it much easier for me to do while working/busy. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. I don’t even live nearby but rather drive 2 hours to remain being their patient, they are worth it! Highly recommend!

I wish I would’ve found them sooner! My son and I’s experience from beginning to end was so great. He’s 4 and autistic and every single person including Dr. Anandan were so patient with him and made us feel so comfortable. The office is nicely decorated, clean, they have a great music playlist (which I appreciate lol) and you can tell they take pride in their space. They have a great selection of glasses and communication was on point! Super grateful for the staff, doctors and all of their kindness. Thank you again for everything!
