I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before choosing this location. One technician was friendly and helped me choose frames, but my overall experience quickly declined. The eye exam felt confusing because the machine displayed what appeared to be three choices while I was told there were only two. Afterward, another technician told me my eyes were “narrow” and suggested I might need to see a specialist, but no doctor spoke with me to explain these findings, which caused unnecessary anxiety. When I picked up my glasses, one lens had a visible defect that could be seen and felt. I was told it was “glue,” but it remained after they tried cleaning it. The prescription also felt far too strong, and I was told to give it time to adjust. Concerned, I visited my long-time eye doctor for a second opinion. After a thorough dilated exam, he confirmed the prescription from Stanton Optical was too strong and that there was no concerning issue with my eyes requiring treatment. I returned to request a refund, but I was told refunds were only allowed within 24 hours, even though the company’s website advertises a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. I was promised a call from a manager that never came. On my final visit, I received conflicting information about who had authority to issue a refund, and I left without a resolution. My concerns are not just about the glasses. They involve an inaccurate prescription, alarming medical statements that were never explained by a doctor, conflicting information about company policy, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. I’m grateful I sought a second opinion, but this experience caused unnecessary stress and confusion.

I had an AWESOME experience!! Kaitlyn who helped with my eye exam was efficient, patient, and kind. I needed that especially on the challenging day that I was having. Lula, provided me with " no pressure sales". I shopped around and fond that Stanton Optical had the best cost for my buget and when I went back, she was just as kind. Can't wait to get my glasses.
i had an appointment today for the 2 for $79 deal. smooth, comfortable, clean enviroment. everyone welcomed me with a smile and opened arms basically lol. my exam was quick, and i should be expecting my glasses in about a week. thank you to everyone who helped me :)
I had my eye exam yesterday and everything was wonderful here! Caitlin did my exam, which she did with ease and quickness. She was extremely friendly, and professional. The whole staff was so kind and welcoming. This is the only place I will go for my exams in the future!
Just tried to make an appointment. They are refusing to make an appointment due to patient having dyslexia and saying that he would have to come in on a day when there is a specialist. Patient is able to drive identifying letters on a board to confirm vision. Has been going to a different doctor for 10 years and the doctor moved so we’re trying to find a new place to go The only thing the patient is unable to do is filling out paperwork. They said that they would have to have a specialist there in order to see him as a patient. Basically a way to make more money from the patient by having him see a specialist. This is discrimination People that are dyslexic. Hopefully I don’t have time to call an attorney for their sake.
