From check in to final check out, my appointment was excellent. I am sorry I don't remember the woman that checked me in but wonderful, efficient, professional and very friendly. Technical staff the same. Wonderful, efficient, professional and very friendly. Ashlyn, performing the technical exams, Jake who reviewed history and reviewed and thoroughly explained procedures and all options, and terms. Dr Rodriguez was very, very professional reviewed and explained the options. He was easy to understand and I felt he cared about me as an individual. Final checkout with Vivi (I believe that was her name) was smooth and very informative and professional and very friendly. I felt valued, respected, and confident in the care I received by all during this visit. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to St. Luke's, and from the moment I walked in, I had a wonderful experience. The reception staff greeted me warmly, took my name, insurance card, and ID, and made the check-in process easy. From there, I was called back to begin my cataract testing, and every person I encountered was amazing. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Dr. Rodriguez was especially kind, personable, and took the time to make me feel at ease. When I left, I felt confident and reassured, knowing I was in excellent hands. I highly recommend St. Luke's to anyone seeking exceptional eye care.

Very efficient office. Office staff could not have been friendlier. The doctor and the staff take their time with you and answer all of your questions. You are not rushed in and out. It was a very good experience all around. I would highly recommend this office

I went there for the first time due to an emergency. I cannot tell you How great the staff and the doctors were. They were patient they listened. They were knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I was not a patient of Dr. Z but now I will become his patient .
