I had such a wonderful experience at Stanton Optical! The entire team was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure I got everything I needed at a price that fit my budget. Naya and Patti were absolutely amazing. They had me cracking up laughing the entire time and made what could have been a stressful decision feel fun and easy. They took the time to help me choose the perfect glasses, answered all of my questions, and made me feel so confident in my final choice! Thank Yall!! I WILL be back!

The ad for two pairs for $79 was a ploy to get in the door. Really only for those who don't have a real prescription and who want low quality glasses. But staff were very helpful, Kendrick gets 5 stars. He was personable and helped me stay within budget and get a quality pair of glasses.

Front staff were amazing, however I was not aware I would not be seeing a Dr. or that it was a virtual exam. The virtual visit provider introduced themselves as a technician. She was not patient at all. I’m not confident my prescription will be accurate due to my eyes not having time to adjust bc I felt so rushed and that she was annoyed when I took too long. I think for quick fixes like needing a new pair of glasses fast it would be a great place to go. It’s definitely not for folks needing an in depth exam or with a complex prescription.

Booked an Eye Exam and when I came in it was a virtual appointment. I was only informed midway through so I asked to have my information removed and went somewhere else. There was no explanation beforehand that it would be online. Do your own research on Teleoptometry, it's not very reliable. It's a shame it's being pushed by Eye Exam companies.

My experience here was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful in making sure I found the right glasses. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews, but I believe many come from people who may not have the patience to appreciate the care and attention these employees put into their work. This is not a rushed, robotic process — it’s personalized service, and that’s exactly why I’ll continue to come here. UPDATE: I had a another fantastic experience at Stanton Optical getting new lenses for my glasses. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my visit. Arianna greeted me with such welcoming and amazing energy, while Josh was incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout the process of making sure my new lenses were perfect. I highly recommend this location for their outstanding customer service!
