Offer was misleading - $79 for 2 pair of glasses and a “free” eye exam. End result: $400 for one pair. Without explaining ANYTHING to me (pricing, options, results), before, during or after the consultation. When I asked for an explanation of my results, one of the employees wasn’t able to explain it to me in English and the other one started raising her voice and displayed aggressive behavior when I asked more detailed questions. Then she left and went to the back. When I asked the first girl to cancel I was charged for the “free exam”. And got nothing. I want my money back.

Amaya is so helpful! She made the check in and check out so easy. Dawn checked my eyes and was really descriptive and explained everything and answered all my questions. They are honestly just cool people too. I would hang out here just to spend time with them 😂. Definitely will be back. 10/10 would recommend.

They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, took the time to answer all of my questions, and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. On 3/21/26, my daughter and I came in this location for the first time. We were looking to get a contact lens exam and lenses at an affordable price. We were greeted/helped by Amaya and Dawn. These two ladies made us feel welcomed, which made us feel comfortable. We were the last patients, but they were thorough and they didn't make us feel like they were rushing us. We got an appointment the same day and the price was very good. If you get a chance please go by and see them! Keep up the good work ladies👍🏾🙂

Happy to have found somewhere to go on a Sunday! Friendly staff welcomed me right in. Exam done by a remote doctor. The technician was very professional and checked in mutiple times to make sure I was ok. Amaya helped me with selecting my frames. Both employees worked well together and double checked my frame measurements. Looking forward to my new glasses.
