Appointment for an adult male. Was told when arrived, no appointment was on record. Also, was advised that someone would do a "work-up" and then send off the results for a doctor to read and then contact a patient with results and an action plan for vison care (glasses, etc.). If this is not your standard practice, have a conversation with the staff to give a client the correct information. This was nothing more than a farce of an eye clinic. The commercials are very misleading and the woman attending the desk was abrasive, abrupt, and non caring. Don't waste your time with this establishment.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! They were a lifesaver, Celeste, she stepped in during an emergency and found the perfect frames to fit my daughter’s lenses. She was incredibly kind and sweet throughout the entire process. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much, Celeste!

Wanted to shop their eyeglass selection. As soon as I walked in the store, this gal working there asked me “how can I help you” but in a rude and condescending tone. I brushed it off and told her I was there to shop their selection as I had already my eye exam done. She never did offer any assistance while I was there. No way to treat a potential customer. So I can’t recommend this place.

This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. I walked in to inquire about eyeglasses, my glasses broke and I tried to ask about getting lenses for a pair I have and the girl there was so rude she didnt even introduce herself while I was trying to ask her a question she automatically said she could help me. I explained that there other location told me they can help me she said well why you don't go there. That was so unprofessional I was shock I was trying to be a new patient but never mind. I don't recommend no one to go there with that type of customer service 😒 shame
