I have to share the amazing experience I had here today. I came in with an urgent situation after my doctor advised me not to wear my contacts for seven days, and unfortunately, I do not own glasses. Because my prescription is multifocal, I completely understood when I was told they would not be able to have them ready the same day. As I was leaving and sitting in my car, Lara came out to personally check on me and invited me back inside, where Joshua was already waiting with alternative solutions to help with my immediate need. Their willingness to think outside the box and go above and beyond truly made all the difference. Exceptional customer service like this is rare to find. Thank you, Lara and Joshua, for your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. You turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I truly appreciate it. I will absolutely be back and will gladly recommend you to others!

Will absolutely recommend to everyone! Both Aaliyah and Joshua were not only knowledgeable, but super friendly and welcoming. They have definitely gained my business.
Update: After 3 failed eye exams (3 different prescriptions) I decided to get a refund and go elsewhere. Computerized eye exams is not the thing for me and the people there do not seem to care. The only ones who really tried were Robinson and Andres, they are both amazing and caring but unfortunately it did not work out. I went to Optical Eyeland and I can finally see. Turn the other way. I should've read the reviews before stopping here. My prescription is all wrong, I cannot see out of my right eye, also one of my glasses has a scratch but he asked me what did I to do them, I walked away losing nearly $600 to this damn place. My 11 year old can't see out of her glasses either but I'm screwed because I didn't pay for warranty, what the hell? I don't know what this place is doing but that man running that place is a total jerk, he has no business dealing with people. DO NOT GO TO STANTON IN ST CLOUD. Lo barato sale caro....... Now I am out of money, no insurance and have to go elsewhere for my child.
Joshua, the Manager, is absolutely amazing. He is a quick thinking problem solver, and also empathetic. If you're looking for someone to actually care about your vision and how it can affect your daily life, GO TO THIS LOCATION! Everyone was completely friendly and the vibe is welcoming. You will leave satisfied and seen. Thank you again Joshua.
Terrible prescription. I paid a total of $719 without insurance for nothing. My vision is still blurry, even when I hold my phone up to my eyes. It was a complete waste of money. I absolutely do NOT recommend them. Super expensive glasses, and even with them, my vision is worst with the glasses . I waited 15 days when they said 8 days for delivery. Total dishonesty, and the prescription is a joke. And even then, I had to take the glasses back the same day to have them adjusted. After I left, I called because I'd left the protective case behind, which, by the way, wasn't the right size for the glasses. The man who helped me said he didn't remember me giving them the case. Well, they should check their security cameras so he can see how wrong he is. In short, I think the glasses at Walmart and Publix have a better prescription.
