I can not say enough about how good this place is. The girls were so helpful and knowledgeable. Matt was very thorough and extremely friendly. We just moved to town and did a walk in appointment and had no wait time. Two pairs of glasses, frames, no line progressives with a few add ons and spent less than $900. A bargain. We found our new eye care place. Thanks guys! You’re the best!!

1: I'm an OTR trucker. I tried explaining to the woman who sold me the glasses that it could take up to 3 months before I had a chance to get them, so I needed the pair that would be in the quickest were the one they made in house. My response from her was "busy man aren't you" It seems that your staff at the Dothan Branch are sales driven. Not people driven. #2 it's nearly a month since ordered my glasses. Finally I'm at a terminal with enough down time to receive the glasses. Cool. Except the glasses absolutely do not work. I cannot see more than 15 ft ahead of me. This is very dangerous for somebody who carries such a large cargo behind them. And now I'm out of my 30-day return guarantee I feel like I've been bait and switched. I spent almost $200 on these glasses, that I now can't return. Wearing the glasses puts everybody else's lives at risk while I'm operating the vehicle. I apologize, and this isn't an angry customer lashing out. I have not had any of these issues with America's Best. I can see near, I can see far with the glasses they sold me. I cannot trust my life, in the life of others in the hands of the Stanton optical. Local branch did reach out. I'll blur the names but read consumer reviews on the company.

The staff were excellent at this location . - Renee has an excellent bedside manner and salesmanship quality. She gives the energy required to feel seen in the environment. -Lakeshia was extremely knowledgeable and comforting as she guided me through the initial screening. It made the various machines and tests far more approachable, because she gave me the “what and why” of the process. - Jarika was phenomenal during my second phase of screening, the refraction stage. Her temperament and technical guidance helped me through the exam, during those moments of analysis paralysis that can come from a simple “number 1 or number 2.” Over and over again. Overall I am thankful for the experience, though a lot can be said for being an approachable customer, I believe they will give you the best quality and care they can, even on the tough days.

I am so grateful I walked into Stanton Optical. The service, the cleanliness, the quality, and not to mention the expertise it offers made me a forever customer. Stanton Optical is truly exceptional with customer service. I was blown away by the courteous and professional service I received. Head and shoulders above the other optical businesses.
