Came to buy contacts and one of the older lady’s intentionally made it where I couldn’t get my contacts purchased after stating she needed to get a new job and was giving dirty looks the whole time. Do a better job Vetting your employees. Update: employees called to apologize for their managers unprofessional behavior & all other employees were extremely helpful to ensure I got my contacts figured out. Everyone there is great, except whoever the miserable person is they hired to supervise. She’s bad for business. Changed review from 1 star to 3 star considering I feel bad for everyone working under her.

I went there a few weeks ago to finally get glasses, and Shianne and Ashley were very quick and thorough with the walk-in, exam, and checkout. They showed me some good frame options, exam was quick and enjoyable, and overall a great experience. I will definitely be going back again.

They at first advertise the 1 hour test and glasses and so I went in to get a pair as I needed them urgently. They acomodates me however after the eye test were done while working on my glasses I was able to see their unprofessionalism. When I had trouble with the glasses and came in stating that everything looks like a fishbowl and if they help me figure out what’s wrong they were not able to help me out at all. Or help me figure it out. So now I don’t know if I can use the eye prescription for a second pair or if it’s the glasses ( lens) that are the problem or the prescription is incorrect. No idea what’s going on. Poor customer service.

I went in there as my glasses were broken, the lady was very helpful and she fixed by putting a new wire and I was able to catch my flight. I highly recommend them due to their excellent customer service .. five star rating

Dropped by today right before they closed and was expecting they would ask me to come back tomorrow or that I would have a long wait but I was pleasantly surprised. Shianne was very friendly and took care of me right away. Thank you for making this a great experience Stanton Optical team.
