My wife and I both had our eye exams here, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Ethan performed both of our eye exams, and he was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and had an excellent attitude from start to finish. He took the time to answer our questions and made us both feel comfortable throughout the entire exam. Diana was equally amazing. She helped us choose our frames, explained the different lens and transition options without any pressure, and made the checkout process smooth and enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping us find what worked best for us. Excellent customer service from beginning to end. It's refreshing to find a team that genuinely enjoys helping people. Thank you, Ethan and Diana, for making this such a pleasant experience. Great place great employees! It is a little word seeing the doctor through a screen but it’s fine. I had the hardest time finding a pair of glasses I liked but Ethan Galvan was so amazing. He helped me find the perfect glasses and gave me an amazing deal! He was so helpful and nice!

Fast, friendly, thorough and they didn't try to upsell me into more expensive frames or con me into expensive upgrades that I didn't need. Diane was fast friendly and patient. So far my favorite eye exam / frames purchases that I've ever had- and I've been doing this for 40 yrs. Absolutely recommend.

Our first visit to Stanton Optical was disappointing from start to finish. We originally switched from another reputable company because our insurance was no longer accepted there. Although Stanton wasn’t contracted with our vision insurance, the scheduler assured us they would honor in-network benefits, so we made an appointment. When we arrived, there was only one staff member (Ethan) juggling both scheduled appointments and walk-ins. After selecting our glasses, we waited as walk-ins were prioritized, and the overall customer service was poor. Upon reviewing our order forms at home, I realized both pairs of glasses were for reading, even though I had requested one for reading and one for driving. I made several calls to correct the order, but was repeatedly put on hold and told Ethan would call me back—which never happened. I ended up driving back to the office, only to find the Ethan with multiple customers, some of whom were also frustrated and requesting refunds for delayed orders. I tried to clarify my prescription needs, and was assured the correction had been made. Unfortunately, when I picked up my glasses, both were still for reading. To make matters worse, I was charged for a “Frame Club” I never asked for, which was explained as a way to apply discounts. When I asked for a rush on the corrected order, I was told it would still take two weeks, despite the mistake being on their end. Nearly a month after my original order, I’m still waiting for my glasses. As healthcare professionals, my husband and I value quality care and service—neither of which we found at Stanton. The office is understaffed, the customer service is lacking, and there was no attempt at service recovery. We do not recommend this company.

Amazing Staff. Very helpful. Diana is the best help. She helps me every time I come in and I am a happy customer.
