Wonderful service at Staton Eye! I was a walk in, and thankfully they had an opening for me when I was there, even late in the evening. I was able to get seen, prescribed and have glasses in hand by the end of the day for less than $300. Huge shout out to the team for getting it done, I had brought in my own frames and requested blue light lenses. I had came in just at closing to pick up my glasses as I was going out of town. Top noch customer service for staying just a few minutes after close to be sure they had a happy customer. Ill be recommending Staton Eye!

Will never be going back here. Before scheduling appointment was told if I were to purchase glasses the same day, my appointment would be free of charge. Went in today, they charged me 617$ for glasses and 169$ for the appointment, they said “the offer ended at the beginning of the month” it’s the 4th so it’s still the beginning of the month, plus I had this appointment scheduled already and was told something completely different. And it’s pretty common to have low or free appointments if you purchase a pair of glasses other places. They did not honor their no appointment charge, unless I purchased a second pair of glasses costing 834$ total. I did get fancier glasses, but never in my history of 22 years wearing glasses have I ever paid more than 250$ for a pair of glasses plus the appointment. Plus the last time I purchased glasses from this place the polarization lasted 4 months before yellowing my glasses. This place is a rip off, unfriendly, and unfortunately they are big scammers that don’t care that they told you something different. It wasn’t until after my appointment I found this out, so I was obligated to pay the 169$ for the appointment fee anyways or purchase a second pair for about the same price anyways. I will never come back to this place. Plus another person who was purchasing glasses also walked out after finding out the cost. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Will have to give my money to other businesses from now on. Ridiculous. The least they could’ve done was honor the no appointment fee they told me I would have when I scheduled my appointment so I didn’t feel obligated to pay an additional 200$ when I’m already paycheck to paycheck just so I could get a pair of glasses. 617$ is much better than 834$. This is a violation of consumer rights, you don’t tell someone something and then charge them when you said you wouldn’t. I was under the impression I wouldn’t be charged for the appointment had I purchased glasses. Big scammers. Their new staff needs some training or something, I much preferred their old staff, friendly kind and held their side of what they said. Can’t trust these people. Be careful as you might put yourself into a you need to pay almost 200$ anyways situation

I came in this morning with an emergency and was taken care of within minutes. Julez the brand manager helped me out and I couldn't thank her enough. I appreciate you Julez for taking care of me today! I recommend this place if you want fast and excellent service from the staff at Stanton Optical. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was calling everyone in town I needed an update on my prescription and everyone was booked out for months or weeks. They were able to see me right away! The staff was so friendly and it was beautiful and modern and the selection on glasses and sunglasses was wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend Edgar and Janae they are so friendly

Wow Julez and Brenda really took care of me!! Phenomenal customer service, these staff members provided excellent care towards my prescription seeing glasses. I would recommend anybody make the drive and get a pair of Sun Glasses, contacts or prescription seeing glasses!! 10/10 would come back for more glasses! 👍🏼
