Stanton Optical

I had the pleasure of having my yearly eye exam at Stanton Optical on Michigan Road. I am a first time Stanton customer. The atomosphere, nice smelling aroma, and the pleasant, engaging staff (Cody and Emily), were the highlights of my visit and constantly stood out for me as positives that I reflected on throughout my visit. I took away one star due to not being informed at the time of online scheduling that it would be a virtual eye exam. Given the choice, I would have chosen an in-person optometrist. I understand if an optometrist is on site a limited number of days a week but I should have been informed of those days so I could choose and plan my appointment accordingly. Consumers should be able to make informed decisions especially when it involves medical choices. The decision was made for me which was disappointing. Please note that I was offered the opportunity to return and receive services from the optometrist on staff if I was dissatisfied with my prescription. This experience is just a forewarning to know what you're scheduling. I would gladly reutilize the Michigan Road Stanton but I would just schedule my appointment for an in-person optometrist. The virtual exam does not negate the overall quality service I received at Stanton. Emily was a great facilitator for the eye exam- pleasant, patient, and engaging. Cody and Emily- thank you very much for helping me choose the right frame and making my experience so pleasant.

A breathing of fresh air!… For the last five years, I’ve been going to a different eye doctor…NEVER AGAIN!!! Stanton Optical is my new home! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Emily! She had the most positive attitude and immediately worked to get me started as a new patient. Then there was Zoey-She performed my vision test, and was so friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. When it was time to pick my frames, they both gave me their honest input and walk me through all of my options. I can’t believe I didn’t come here before today!… I’m looking forward to picking my glasses up in a couple of weeks!

Zoie at Stanton Optical was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in the door, she was already aware of our appointment and made sure we were taken care of right away. Her assistant throughout the process was also very helpful and knowledgeable, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Zoie made sure we understood every step and ensured we received all the deals that were available to us. Her customer service was top-tier, and we truly felt valued. I highly recommend asking for Zoie when you visit!

The best and most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few. But what stands out is the customer service, I had a slight issue and they were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my glasses especially Dan and Emily. After I had my great experience with them my wife also went to Stanton and had her eyes examined and purchased 2 pairs of glasses from them. I highly recommend them and it’s our go to place for our glasses and exams

The customer service is amazing! I was greeted and checked in shortly after entering. After my exam, I had ample opportunity to search through frames. The lovely Ms. Zoie was a wonderful help in selecting a pair and even gave me feedback on what she thought looked good on me, as I was indecisive. She also did her best to get me the best deal and I left very satisfied with my care. Thank you Zoie :)
