The prescription was completely wrong, and on top of that, the glasses they made based on their own prescription did not even match the prescription they issued. I used the new single vision distance glasses to drive home, and by the time I got home I had a terrible headache from using bad prescription glasses. I did not noticed at first, but after driving 45 minutes it became very clear to me that there was something wrong with the new glasses. The employees where friendly. No actual eye doctor was present on the premises at any time during my visit. The young lady who performed the exam gave me two different lens choices to determine my prescription, but she ignored my repeated complaint that neither lens was clear. I told her several times that I could not see clearly with either one, yet she continued to ask me to choose between them. Eventually, I picked the one that was the least bad. How can you determine the correct prescription when you don't provide a lens that I can actually see clearly through? The whole experience was a waste of time and money. It's a cheap place to go, but that's pointless when you end up with such a poor prescription, and the glasses they make don't even match that prescription. It's not cheap when you can't use what you paid for. I will not recommend this place.

I came in on saturday for a contact exam and it was my first time ever getting contacts. The manager greeted me and made me feel like I wasn’t just a number… I met the girls and they made the whole process so easy.. i was even shocked when I got the puff of air in my eyes because it normally gives me anxiety but they did it so quickly that i didn’t even notice. They guided me on how to put the contacts in and it only took me about 5 minutes. I am definitely recommending this place to my family and friends. convenient, fast and reliable.
I was called the day of to say the appointment time they scheduled for me was too close to end of day. I arrived earlier as requested and had a lengthy wait with many others. Saw a doctor via video call who rushed through the appointment. I stayed in the store to order frames for an hour without being helped. Ultimately I left without purchasing anything. The staff of two was trying their hardest to preform well but the overall business model was atrocious. I would never return.
I came in Tuesday for a eye exam it was my first time at this place and I can honestly say I will be back, the minute I stepped in the manager greeted me, after it was my time to choose my classes I was very overwhelmed but I didn’t feel rushed instead they helped me pick out my classes and where explaining the different type of materials really made my process so easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!! Staff very welcoming and friendly
Would not recommend this location. First it was very chaotic on a Saturday. Not a warm welcome. I’ve previously had an exam and provided a prescription at a different location with no stress. This location was the total opposite. Even confirmed through their call center then when I came in I was told a couldn’t refuse a glacoma test and still get a prescription. They even had the audacity to say well you can pay and talk to the doctor but if he refuses the prescription then you still have to pay. Literally called a competitor and they scheduled and completed no problem. Lots of better options in the area.
