Had a great experience! William (Bill) helped me with frames and getting me 2 pairs of glasses for a great price! They fit well and was able to leave within an hour and change with both. I highly recommend this place.

I had an amazing experience at Stanton Optical. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, and their hybrid system makes the whole process fast and convenient. You can tell they really care about their customers, the service is top‑tier. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Shantell was amazing. So friendly, nice and we could tell she loves her job AND she’s good at it! The rest of the staff was great too. The process was fast and easy. I can’t wait to get my new glasses. 🤓
My review is partly based on my experience and partly based on observation. I went on Saturday morning and did not have an appointment. I expected to have a bit of a wait. It turned out their tech who was supposed to open called in sick, so a couple people who had appointments rescheduled rather than waiting. I think not having an appointment worked to my advantage is this case. They do seem to be a little under-staffed, and I can see how this could lead to negative reviews. I had no problems with the virtual appointment, except that I kept having to explain I'm incapable of binocular vision due to a lazy eye. I kind of felt like there was some mild aggravation because I kept asking which eye was being tested. The first part of the eye test has the same image. The left side had the image placed higher and the right side lower. I was asked if I saw them one on top of the other and I said no, I see the same image in different places depending on which eye I'm using. It's a good thing magic eye puzzles aren't required for vision screening. The people who were there were courteous and professional. I really did get two pairs of single vision lenses for 79 dollars with the exam I said up front that I planned to order bifocals online and the lady working there said the glasses I got were part of the price so I shouldn't pass it up. If the staffing was a little better I think it could totally be a 5 star affair.
I had an AMAZING experience at Stanton Optical! William Haynes is phenomenal! He cares about everyone and gave EXCELLENT customer service! My glasses and contacts are PERFECT! I am highly satisfied with the eye care that I received.
