We went in for an eye exam and glasses for my husband. My husband picked out two pair 1 pair of safety glasses, and one regular pair. Donavan was/is the ABSOLUTE BEST to work with! He goes above and beyond!! He is very professional and friendly! He's does everything within his power to make sure that you are happy with your purchase and everything is handled correctly! A++ GIVE THIS YOUNG MAN A RAISE!
I had a great experience tonight. Donavan and Noel took wonderful care of me. They found perfect frames for both of my kids. They were so friendly and helpful it was great. I left an extremely happy costumer. 10 out out of 10 highly recommend!
Came in to ask a few questions and the skinny fella sitting up front was too busy on his phone to help me when I walked in. The young skinny girl at least asked me if I needed some help. I was excited to check out the new place in town, because I always see it when I drive by. But unfortunately it seems more like a high school hangout for the employees. They have a nice selection of frames, but the professionalism was just not there. I picked out some frames but ended up leaving due to them laughing and talking loudly about inappropriate discussions. Hopefully management sees this and makes changes because their professionalism is lacking. I did visit Optical Source down the street on the corner and they were able to help me
Walked in and was greeted by Donovan. He was very professional and so helpful. He was fast and efficient and provided excellent service! I would return due to his kindness and providing me with what I needed.
Had such a great experience here! I have no insurance and luckily they had an amazing promo going where you get 2 frames + free eye exam for $79 if you qualify. I saved almost $800 and left with one pair that very same day. Rebecca and Tiffany were also very kind and helpful. Highly recommend! 👏🏼
