The women at the front desk were very nice I just came in to get my glasses adjusted and I paid them to do it and this girl's telling me well there's just nothing I could do the prescription must be off I'm trying to sit there and tell her that they just need to be this direction cuz they feel off still but that was not the case she decided. Won't be doing this again over here I won't even come here again ridiculous I paid so they should be adjusting him till they feel right on my face is my question or am I wrong Its only right. I want a refund that I paid for a job not done and then also for the smartass reply from the owner of this business

They do have one of the cheapest eye exams in town, but they fail to tell you when you schedule that the prescription is only valid at their stores and either portales or Clovis- no where else. Edit as it wont let me reply: I will be shopping locally for my frames (The Optical center), and i was even able to find a local optometrist that was able to get me in today thankfully- but i don’t like the fact my prescription is held for ransom basically so i HAVE to buy glasses from you. If i pay for an exam, the prescription should then be mine do with and take where ever i please at that point. It was a complete waste of my time this morning after waiting over a week for an appointment. I understand you have policies and it doesn’t cover diabetes/ glaucoma/ other eye health issues- but you should make sure it is disclosed that the prescription is only valid at YOUR store fronts at the time the appointment is made instead of when the patient shows up.

I would like to thank Ray and his team for the personable, professional, precise and patient experience. My son was fitted for contacts for the first time. The knowledge that Ray has is impeccable! My son’s prescription needing some adjusting and thanks to Ray’s expertise, my son is now seeing birds, street signs, etc. He is in total all with his vision. Great big thanks for investing your time and attention to making my son’s vision perfect.

I went into optical source because it was recommended by a friend . It's my first pair of glasses an I'm so glad i decided to get them from here ! I was greeted by friendly employees as soon as i walked in , An was helped by Erin i believe that was her name (blonde hair ) she was awesome ! I had no idea what i was doing😂 she was very patient an informative an gave me the best addvice on what looked good on me . She helped me find the perfect pair an i got them literally the next day ! I definitely recommend this place . Thank you ! I'll be back

Best experience ever!! I drove from Roswell to Clovis and it was worth it. Ray is one of the coolest ,nicest and most experienced person in the industry .Ray and his staff are knowledgeable and they really care about you and it shows. Great service ,great store The receptionist was knowledgeable and she answered all my questions and was clear on what I needed before my appointment . I am very happy with Optical Source of Clovis and you will be too . I have tried two other optometrist in the past with no luck and now I can finally see correctly after visiting optical source. Great job ! Thank you.
