Vista Optical

Vista Optical is honestly one of the best places I’ve gone for glasses. They always have a great promotion going, and I end up spending about half of what I used to pay at other places. What makes it even better is that the prices include brand name frames, not the cheap stuff. The store is clean and easy to shop in, and everyone there is friendly and helpful. Amy is awesome. She’s patient, kind, and really knows how to help you find what works for you without any pressure. She makes the whole experience simple and comfortable from the moment you walk in. I’m really glad I chose this location. It’s affordable, the service is great, and you can tell they actually care about their customers.

Hello! I wanted to start off the review by saying… this was the BEST customer experience I’ve ever had at an eye glasses place and a BIG shout out the manager named Amy at the Main Exchange Cannon AFB location! She was so kind and so knowledgeable about everything! She first told me the about pricing up front of what kind of glasses/lenses would cost which I appreciated. A lot of other glasses places don’t do that. Then took the time help me pick out the PERFECT frames, told me all of options for which kind of lenses I could get, let me know how long it would take for them to get my new glasses back to me and all of the prices! I even got a second pair for free because I bought one pair!! I can’t give more praise for how kind and amazing the manager Amy is! I will definitely be coming back as a customer! I had the BEST customer experience! And I’ve been to a lot to eye glasses places because I’ve worn glasses my whole life haha! I’ve been bringing my daughter to Vista Optical for over three years now. The service has always been great, but Amy is really the reason we keep coming back. She’s easily the best optician I’ve ever dealt with. Amy is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but what stands out most is how warm and considerate she is. She always makes my daughter feel welcome and at ease—which as a parent is something I really value. It’s not always easy getting kids to sit for adjustments or fittings, but Amy has the patience and friendliness to make it go smoothly. My daughter can be pretty rough on her glasses. She’s broken them multiple times, and Amy has always helped us with repairs and adjustments without making us feel like it’s a hassle. On one visit, the frame actually got damaged during an adjustment. What impressed me was Amy’s honesty and accountability. She immediately let me know what happened and made it right on the spot. It’s rare to find that level of integrity and customer care these days. When my daughter’s frames were recently discontinued, Amy once again went above and beyond to find us a solution and make sure we were taken care of. This is the only optical shop I trust with my family now. If you want someone who really knows their stuff and genuinely cares about their customers, ask for Amy. She’s the best in the business.

Ashleigh was there for me and my husband to browse and get input. She was so informed and so kind. She took the time to explain everything, in greater detail, to us so we could make decisions that were best for our family. Glasses are so expensive! Im so glad Ashleigh was there to help me navigate what was best for us. She even found the exact frame I got, to which my husband still compliments every so often about how great they are. It did take 2 weeks to get the glasses in but she informed me the minute they came in. Having vista optical is great for our community and having Ashleigh was equally as important!

Stopped by Vista Optical not sure what to expect. I’ve seen plenty of places over the years, but Amy and Ashleigh really stood out. Professional, respectful, and patient—they took the time to explain all the options without talking down to me. They helped me find frames that fit well and made sure I was comfortable with everything before I left. Reminded me of the kind of solid service and integrity I appreciate. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for good folks who take care of you the right way.
