My mom is from out of town and had her glasses broken. A young man working 30 min before closed today at Optical source lucky found and had a frame to replace her glasses with! Then the man quickly repaired her glasses! We appreciate the time he took and the tools he had at the ready to help! Thank you!
The new management/staff are very helpful and friendly! They Had my old lenses in new frames in less than 24 hours. Prompt and efficient 👍🏻☺️
AMAZING service. Everytime I come in, staff is always super friendly and does an excellent job.
I stopped by the Optical Center for a quick glasses repair and was greeted with such friendly and helpful service! They took care of my repair needs quickly and made the whole experience super smooth. Highly recommend for fast, professional, and kind service!
Owner is the operator here. His shop is dated and appears to be in a state of organized chaos, which is perfectly fine with me. He is so good at what he does that it just adds to his overall character. He is available for repairs on the spot if the glasses don't need to be sent off to the source. I've had to bring my mother's in for repairs a couple of times. Once, they were under warranty and he was able to send them off for the particular repair and called promptly when they returned to his shop. If he is unable to repair them, he's honest about it and not pushy at all, which adds to the overall feeling of acceptance at his shop. Side note... if you are a car fanatic or enthusiast... the conversation can be worth your while. He knows glasses AND classic cars! Thank you, Jim, for your kindness and professionalism.
