The receptionist was super sweet and friendly. The eye Dr was so rude and unprofessional. Said he did not want to do contacts due to astigmatism and that he was not going to get paid enough. He said the only almighty God is “the buck,” referring to money. He said he wished he was dumb enough to just say no. Overall, he was the worst Dr I have ever dealt with! The prescription was wrong and he said he is only changing it one time and if it doesn’t work oh well, that he will not change it again. He had no problems billing the insurance, but then refuses to complete it to the end. Now I just have to order the contacts and hope for the best. I would never recommend this eye Dr to anyone. I’ll go to Lubbock or somewhere else next time.

Did a phenomenal job. Was fast easy and on point with details and explained everything he did and why he was doing it. The secretary was super super sweet and respectful.And she was very patient with the change of choices. Ten out of ten would reccomend

Not happy at all with the service at this clinic. I had an appt first thing in the morning and they were late. The doors were locked and when they did arrive super late, there was no apology. I still had to wait 15 minutes even after they opened the doors. The exam was not through at all. I had questions about my up close vision and the doctor said it was just “my age” (I’m 42) and I’d have to learn how to deal with it. I have a pretty strong astigmatism and it’s tricky to get my prescription tuned in. My prescription did increase but I still felt it wasn’t clear and he waived me off and said I’d have to get used to it because he was right since he’s been doing it a lot of years. Even going back later to complain my glasses weren’t right, he did not fix them. Even had to pay out of pocket because of the limited offices here in town that take my insurance. Just pass on this one - he needs to retire or something.

Demeaning and humiliating experience. I went in for contacts and came out feeling like hot garbage. The receptionist was amazing and super sweet. I went in to the room with him and he began telling me how he really didn’t feel like fitting me for contacts. He asked me my age and I said 40, he then tells me that I’m “too old” to get contacts. He continued telling me all reasons why he refused to fit me for contacts, then went on a rant about the insurance not paying him what he is truly owed. He stated that I would probably come back and say I didn’t like the contacts, then he wouldn’t get paid to see me again. It’s was a hot mess. He ended with asking if I’d like to get more glasses instead. I told him I was fine with pair I had on. He grabbed the paperwork and told the receptionist that he would not be seeing me.

The worst service and rudes Doctor I've ever seen. I took my 81 yr old mother for a eye exam . He said there is nothing he could do and was rude about it. And still charged her $115.00 . Don't recommend him at ALL....
