​Outstanding Service & Recovery! ​I had an exceptional experience at this location. While there was a minor issue initially, the team went above and beyond to make things right. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Tony, whose expertise and kindness during my second exam were truly impressive. ​A special thank you to Caitlin and Natalia, as well as another wonderful lady on the team, for their professional and generous assistance in ensuring I walked away with the perfect pair of glasses. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is rare and much appreciated. They are a credit to this establishment, and I hope management recognizes their hard work!

Not what I expected. They don't have an on sight opthalmologist. They have 3 machines that measure your eyes, and then they send it to a Dr virtually. If you have ever had laser surgery for retinopathy, don't even bother. The 3 machines will not work on your eyes. And the virtual Dr won't even be bothered with you. America's Best for eyeglass is a total win. They understand that our eyes are seen by specialist and we're only there for glasses.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Courtlyn and Natalia; they were both incredibly pleasant and helpful. I was on a tight time-crunch as I was about to head out of state for Spring Break, and had so many worries about my vision and being new to wearing glasses. The team was amazing. They were intuitive, kind, and efficient! One week later, as soon as I returned home, I brought my son in to replace the glasses he lost on the trip. The process was quick and fun, and my kiddo is so happy with his new frames.

I am late with this review but Sallie H. was so nice I didn't forget because she didn't have to help me the way she did. My grandfather who is 83 with dementia in an adult foster home had messed up his glasses. He is at the stage where he can't assist you much let alone participate in an eye exam. I brought his practically broken glasses in to see what could be done. Every other place wouldn't help me or said they needed him present. Not only did she help me by fixing them she cleaned them and even offered some suggestions. She was a gem. Thank you again Sallie. He was able to see family once again when they visit and he looks good wearing them. I wish you and your location the best!

Natalia and Sally did an amazing job and got me a new pair of glasses in under 2 hours. I would highly recommend this place for all of your optical needs. The customer service there is top notch.
