My technician was awesome. He was able to greet and comfort me during my visit. He was also able to provide answers to my questions. He was very welcoming and pleasant during my visit. I was not at all comfortable with with the online optometrist. His accent made it very hard to understand him. He was speaking as if he were reading a script. I loved coming to my eye lab before and aside from the awesome experience with the technician I don't think I'll be coming back.

The brand manager BJ was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable during my eye exams. He was also very helpful in the process of selecting my new frames. The store is very clean and welcoming. Definitely would recommend my family and friends to visit this location. Thanks again BJ, you were dope!!!

The staff were wonderful!! Fast service and very friendly. Thanks to Ben for helping us get our glasses picked out and checked out before my small child lost her patience! That’s always great! This is my second child that I’ve switched here and I highly recommend this business

Workers were extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. First, I arrived at the appointment and was told that I needed to come back in 1 hour with no heads up bc their system was delayed - no apologies given or kindness at that by the guy at the front desk. Finally arrive to my appointment and the girl at the desk was unwilling to look at my insurance card after I give her the name, etc., got me to call my insurance and fill paperwork just to then let me know it wasn’t in coverage when she could have known if she took a minute to look over the card. Would HIGHLY recommend visiting a local facility where they take into consideration customer care and kindness.

I brought a few pairs of sunglasses in for minor repairs. Lindsay helped me, and she couldn’t have been more friendly, sweet, and patient! I appreciated it very much and I would certainly recommend anybody to come to this store. The other members of the staff were friendly as well and the store was very clean!
