I absolutely love this place! From my very first eye exam to receiving my first pair of glasses, every experience has been exceptional. The warm greetings as soon as you walk through the door, the prompt service, and the knowledgeable, personable providers and staff truly make every visit enjoyable. I had very good experience at Perimeter Mall branch. All the staff at the Drs office, the check in to check out, was very polite and helpful. I was examined by Dr. Shundale who I found very knowledgeable, patient and answered all my queries smiling. The person who helped me with choosing the frame and check out was very polite, patient and helpful too.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The technician, Clay, and the doctor were SUPER efficient. Everything felt super techy, and they didn't have to dilate my eyes which was great. Clay helped me understand my insurance and discovered that I could get a better discount. The doctor taught me about what the scans and pictures meant. I wish I could remember the sales person's name, but I had a blast with him! We were laughing the whole time. I felt super comfortable and was in excellent hands which was great because I was initially a little nervous going in, but the vibe between the employees made the entire atmosphere really fun. My second eye exam was as thorough as the first. Unlike other experiences where I felt like the outcome was predetermined by the pre-tests, the doctors take their time and actually give you time to respond to their questions. The wait time, if any, has been minimal and the staff is very welcoming.
