Such a refreshing experience. I’ve been getting glasses since I was in 2nd grade and being 27 now I have to say this was the most genuine experience I’ve had. As far as the video part when there was a little miscommunication, but regardless of the fact my prescription is perfect and the cherry on top of it all was Morgan !!! Loved her energy. Her vibes were awesome and inviting. I rarely ever do reviews, but Morgan definitely deserves recognition for the work that she puts out. She was very informative on my lenses and which ones I should definitely get and the money she saved us because she’s great at what she does 🥰 An amazing human with an infectious attitude and I can’t wait to go back for my next visit and hopefully I can have the privilege and opportunity of seeing her again🙏🏼❤️

I booked an appointment and got my eyes checked for the first time in a really long time. The staff was all friendly a professional. I found glasses i liked and paid for them. That was a good experience that probably wouldn't have had me leave a review. My prescription was a little off because I struggled with picking the best lenses during the exams. I set up a new appointment and they were still super friendly and professional about everything, even with having to redo my exam. They put in an order for new frames and lenses for me and continued to be friendly and professional the whole time. Honestly i was expecting i'd have to pay since it was my fault and they had already made my glasses. To my pleasant surprise, not only were they understanding and kind, there was no charge. I would highly recommend Stanton Optical to anyone who is in need of glasses and especially if it is your first pair. It's really nice knowing if there is an issue they'll take care of it in the 30 day time. I don't remember who was who but i did take down some of their names. So to Christina, Aliza and Chloe i thank you so much for making my experience a memorable one.
Ms. Morgan was wonderful help. A very, very helpful woman who helped my boyfriend get his new glasses taken care of. Totally did her thing in helping us keep our budget too! Was very impressed with her service. 💖
I had a very disappointing experience at Stanton Optical and would not recommend it. My appointment was scheduled for 4PM, and I brought my 3-year-old daughter with me because I expected the visit to take about an hour. Instead, after being checked by multiple staff members and then having my actual eye exam conducted remotely by an online doctor rather than an in-person provider, I didn’t leave until 6:30/7PM. Spending three hours in the office with a young child was extremely difficult and frustrating. To make matters worse, they advertise same-day glasses, but because they were running behind, I was unable to receive mine that day. I tried to be understanding and waited nearly two weeks for my glasses to arrive. I was excited to pick them up since I had signed up for their promotion of a free eye exam and two pairs of glasses for $75. However, when I tried on one of the pairs, I could barely see. I immediately told the employee helping me that something seemed wrong. She insisted that it was normal and that my eyes just needed time to adjust to the new prescription since all of a sudden I had monovision (obviously the wrong prescription was given to me) I explained that I have worn glasses before and had never experienced anything like this, but she continued to tell me to wear them for four days and come back if I still had problems. The very next day, I went to another optical provider for a second opinion. There, I had an exam performed by an in-person eye doctor who informed me that my prescription had barely changed and that the prescription they provided was much more accurate. It became clear that the prescription from Stanton Optical was incorrect. After three days, I returned to Stanton Optical and requested a refund.I was told I could only receive a refund for the glasses, not the eye exam. In the end, I received only $40 back. I don’t understand why I wasn’t refunded for the exam as well when the prescription I received was inaccurate and caused the entire issue in the first place. Before the refund they offered to do a second testing but I declined it since I wasn’t going to waste another day like I did on my first visit and for them to still get it wrong. Overall, this experience cost me hours of my time, caused unnecessary frustration, and resulted in me spending money on a service that was not accurate.I left a message for a manager to call me back and I haven’t heard back from them at all! I will be contacting their corporate office next. I will never return to Stanton Optical and would encourage others to consider other options if they value their time, money, and eye care.
I would like to take a second and just bask in the beauty of being able to finally see. I have been without my glasses for about 3 years and my niece had broke the only pair I owned a year ago so it has been a struggle to see, the headaches were horrible, light sensitivity but to be able to finally find an eye place where everyone is so pleasant with great customer service care and support in every aspect was absolutely fantastic and awesome in every single way possible.Thank you so very much STANTON OPTICAL WINDCREST for your service and everything you’ve done for me and my eyes. I feel and look amazing
