Ashley was awesome. She introduced herself by name, called me by my name, was respectful to patients, and explained every part of the exam.

That $80 offer is a trap. The frames they give you are hideous, and the upcharging for anything else is predatory. I’m currently stuck with a pair of frames that dig into my temples and slide down my nose every five seconds. I paid good money to be physically uncomfortable. I was offered a buy one get one free for $120 with better glasses that I thought was a reasonable price but after all of the upcharges the price was near $300. I feel totally bamboozled. Never Again

Brian at The Silber location was outstanding, a complete customer service guy. He went out of his way to find my glasses and then proceeded to fix all of our current glasses gor a better fit. My wife looks forward to going in to get hers. Great job.
