Employees were really nice but this place is very bait and switch. They don’t tell you it’s a telehealth doctor and you don’t think to ask beforehand because you’re going to an eye place for an eye exam. Then the glasses for the special are super limited and ugly and the tags are colored just vaguely enough that if you like a frame they can say it’s not blue. Added a picture of a green tag and a blue tag they said was just a faded green tag so it didn’t apply to the promotion despite being irrefutably blue? And then the lens’ aren’t included in the special so I went in for a $79 special and walked out spending almost $300 because I was in immediate need and didn’t have the time to find another place to go. If you need glasses you’d be better off going across the street to americas best.

The staff were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and guiding me to the best options for my needs. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy. You need more team members like these.

Dr. Ashely was extremely professional, kind, and truly exceeded all my expectations. Even when I had to come back twice, she was always there for me, providing guidance and support with a great attitude. She was very patient and attentive throughout the entire process. Her kindness and dedication make her a valuable asset to this place. I highly recommend her 👏🏽👏🏽

Ashley was awesome. She introduced herself by name, called me by my name, was respectful to patients, and explained every part of the exam.

That $80 offer is a trap. The frames they give you are hideous, and the upcharging for anything else is predatory. I’m currently stuck with a pair of frames that dig into my temples and slide down my nose every five seconds. I paid good money to be physically uncomfortable. I was offered a buy one get one free for $120 with better glasses that I thought was a reasonable price but after all of the upcharges the price was near $300. I feel totally bamboozled. Never Again
