She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. I’ve visited a few of the so-called “high-end” optical stores before, and honestly, this experience felt more personal and authentic than any of them. Queen took the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure I found frames that fit both my style and personality. One conversation that stuck with me was about Gucci frames. Funny how sometimes the smallest conversations are the ones you remember long after the appointment is over. It’s those little details and genuine interactions that separate a good customer service experience from a memorable one. Had a great experience with Queen! She helped me immensely and truly lived up to her name, a real Queen. Helped me pick out some nice glasses too. Looking forward to getting my glasses in 2 weeks.

Queen is awesome!! She deserves a raise. The customer service team needs to do better because the workers shouldn’t have to fix their mess the customer service agent lied to me about prices and deals and was misinformed on how much the store has actually changed and I almost wasted my time going up there but thanks to queen everything turned out good n I was showed excellent hospitality she helped me out a lot 10/10 recommendations I will be coming back

My husband was able to schedule a last-minute eye exam on a Sunday, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, Josie greeted us with a warm, welcoming attitude and a genuine smile that immediately made us feel comfortable. She was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout his visit. Cateyn conducted his exam and was equally impressive—very knowledgeable, professional, and positive. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Both of these ladies truly made our visit exceptional. It’s not often you come across such a friendly and professional team. I will absolutely be returning for our future eye care needs and will be recommending them to all of our family and friends!

Came in on Sunday 8/9/26, we were accommodated by Caitlyn and Josie (sorry if the spelling is wrong). Their customer service was impeccable. We were getting glasses as a family and with only two people working and our family of three as well as others being in the store they both showed qualities any employer should be proud have as an asset. Highly recommend.
