I walked in with scrip in hand. Justin was extremely helpful. He let me take my time choosing new frames without hovering, yet was there to answer my questions. He then quickly measured my eyes, then explained the pricing options with no pressure. The price was better than other places and the selection of frames was excellent. Definitely recommend them.

The customer service here was excellent! Ray assisted my daughter and me, and he was amazing. He helped us choose our frames, explained my insurance coverage, and made the entire experience enjoyable with his friendly personality and outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend this place.

I stopped in about a month ago to see if they could put a lense back into my sunglasses and Ray gave me phenomenal customer service. So much so, that I haven't forgotten to come back and write this review a month later. This is the sort of establishment that reminds me of the customer service that you used to be able to find commonly back in the day. Wisconsin vision is so attentive to customers needs, that it really sets them apart from competitors. I will definitely be bringing my business back soon. Shout out to Ray for making me a customer for life!

I must say that I was truly elated with the service at this Wisconsin Vision in Tosa. I was immediately helped and was actually given assistance with finding the best frames to fit my face. I've been shopping around at many different places, and no one offered to help me pick out frames, no one. I will surely be coming back here, because the expertise and service was nothing short of absolutely fabulous. Also, the frames were fashionable, and prices were great.
