Such a refreshing experience. I’ve been getting glasses since I was in 2nd grade and being 27 now I have to say this was the most genuine experience I’ve had. As far as the video part when there was a little miscommunication, but regardless of the fact my prescription is perfect and the cherry on top of it all was Morgan !!! Loved her energy. Her vibes were awesome and inviting. I rarely ever do reviews, but Morgan definitely deserves recognition for the work that she puts out. She was very informative on my lenses and which ones I should definitely get and the money she saved us because she’s great at what she does 🥰 An amazing human with an infectious attitude and I can’t wait to go back for my next visit and hopefully I can have the privilege and opportunity of seeing her again🙏🏼❤️

I booked an appointment and got my eyes checked for the first time in a really long time. The staff was all friendly a professional. I found glasses i liked and paid for them. That was a good experience that probably wouldn't have had me leave a review. My prescription was a little off because I struggled with picking the best lenses during the exams. I set up a new appointment and they were still super friendly and professional about everything, even with having to redo my exam. They put in an order for new frames and lenses for me and continued to be friendly and professional the whole time. Honestly i was expecting i'd have to pay since it was my fault and they had already made my glasses. To my pleasant surprise, not only were they understanding and kind, there was no charge. I would highly recommend Stanton Optical to anyone who is in need of glasses and especially if it is your first pair. It's really nice knowing if there is an issue they'll take care of it in the 30 day time. I don't remember who was who but i did take down some of their names. So to Christina, Aliza and Chloe i thank you so much for making my experience a memorable one.

Ms. Morgan was wonderful help. A very, very helpful woman who helped my boyfriend get his new glasses taken care of. Totally did her thing in helping us keep our budget too! Was very impressed with her service. 💖

I would like to take a second and just bask in the beauty of being able to finally see. I have been without my glasses for about 3 years and my niece had broke the only pair I owned a year ago so it has been a struggle to see, the headaches were horrible, light sensitivity but to be able to finally find an eye place where everyone is so pleasant with great customer service care and support in every aspect was absolutely fantastic and awesome in every single way possible.Thank you so very much STANTON OPTICAL WINDCREST for your service and everything you’ve done for me and my eyes. Christina was a real professional. I had broken my frames earlier this morning. Now she of course did her job and showed me new frames. I tried some on etc. Then then true professional showed up. Talk about real customer service. She wait a minute Mr Johnston didn’t uou say you bought those here right. Well I had and BAMMO it was under warranty. So of course she could have stopped there right. But Christina and Aliza immediately took the time to dig through the drawers of frames to see if they had the exact matching frames in stock. And literally they didn’t give up. They a good amount of time looking. Thank goodness it wasn’t busy because once again BAMMO Aliza found the only pair. I thought I had to have the same pair for the warranty. NOPE my savior Christina took my old broken glasses and popped the old lens into the frames. So in the end I was prepared to be blind for 2 weeks waiting for the new ones. I wanted to leave this review because both of these guys went the extra “10 MILES” to help me. This is why I am a loyal Stanton customer. These employees should get a little extra recognition for taking the high road for a customer. I love them and this store. WAY TO GO STANTON!!!!!!
