Michelle and Andres were fantastic to work with. They helped me find the perfect glasses and contacts, answered all my questions, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Their knowledge, professionalism, and customer service were outstanding. The prices were great, the quality exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience at Stanton Optical! Lo’shern, the Brand Manager, and Michelle, the Sales Manager, were absolutely amazing. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I received the best service possible. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their outstanding customer service truly made a difference, and I highly recommend Stanton Optical to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional staff. Thank you, Lo’shern and Michelle, for such a wonderful experience!

I am flabbergasted that they made me pay them $79.99 when they couldn't even provide me with a prescription for my sons vision nor did they even give us the glasses. So i pissed away $80 for NOTHING!! She kept saying they were charging me for services rendered! WHAT SERVICES??? THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING EXCEPT CHECK MY SONS EYES TWICE AND THEN TELL ME I HAVE TO TAKE HIM TO A SPECIALIST BECAUSE THEY CANT GET AN ACCURATE READING FOR HIS PRESCRIPTION!?!!?? THAT NOT ANY SERVICES RENDERED BY ANY MEANS!! DONT BOTHER COMING HERE AT ALL. . I AM SO PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW!! MY HUSBAND, MY SONS FATHER JUST HUNG HIMSELF LAST SEPTEMBER AND IM STRUGGLING FINANCIALLY LIKE BADLY RIGHT NOW TO PROVIDE FOR MY 2 KIDS COMPLETELY ALONE AND ALL THIS PLACE HAD TO SAY WAS IM SORRY THAT HAPPENED TO YOU BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SERVICES RENDERED!?! WHAT SERVICES?? SERIOUSLY THESE PEOPLE HERE DONT KNOW WHAT THAT ACTUALLY MEANS IF THEY THINK THEY DID US ANY SERVICE WHATSOEVER. THEY STOLE MY MONEY IS WHAT THEY DID. IM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!

Be very careful with this Stanton Optical. The company website states that a contact lens exam will come with a free pair of trial lenses. However, the website fails to mention that you must purchase lenses in order to get trials. Which is very odd. I needed something to wear asap as I was out of contacts and my glasses prescription was outdated. I was open to purchasing lenses but didn’t bother because they didn’t have trials available anyways. If you’re going to force people to pay $100s up front, then have the product available. I’ll be giving my money to 1-800 contacts instead. Well, I needed something to wear so I purchased glasses and left the store spending $265. This was more than I expected to pay. I’m really disappointed that Stanton Optical is not transparent. They target budge conscious customers with the promise of affordability. I regret visiting this business. Edit: The company did reach out and I appreciate their effort to improve my experience.

Beware the $79 for 2 pair of glasses and an exam is deceptive, the price only includes the frames in the eye exam if you want lenses it's an additional cost I was just quoted $60 for the cheapest lenses for the first frames and then an additional $30 for the second lenses but that's for their cheapest rock bottom lenses. If you weren't in desperate need of glasses for my son. The only reason we stayed is 1 day service.
