If I could give zero stars, I would. From beginning to end, my experience was bad. The ONLY reason I chose to go here was to get glasses same day as they advertise. Boy was that a mistake. The appointment was for my son that has never had glasses before. We walked in and immediately, they were trying to upsell us on things he may or may not even need, BEFORE his actual exam. The exam was partly by the attendant there and partly virtual. The virtual consultant(?) seemed impatient with him and he never actually successfully said the letters so I wasn't even confident his prescription would be right. When I went to pay, I asked when the glasses would be done and they said they didn't know. 2 weeks later, I never received any communication about his glasses so I called the local number on the receipt and it was not directly to the business. I asked when his glasses would be available and they told me not until May 12th. The original appointment was April 22nd. He couldn't get a hold of the store because at that point I just wanted a refund so I ended up going in person. It turns out the glasses had been there the whole time but I didn't want to do business with them anymore. They claimed to have switched over from franchise to corporate and their system was down so I had to come back for a return later. I went back today to get my refund and now all of a sudden, they could not process a return for me at all. I would have to find a franchise to return the glasses. At that point, I just took my son's glasses and left. The level of unprofessionalism throughout the company and lack of customer service was beyond infuriating. I may not have been able to get my money back but if I can save other people the frustration, I will do my best leaving this review. I warn you, do not spend your money here PLEASE. They will give you the run around.

HORRIBLE experience. The staff who did my eye exam put scratches on my current glasses. And didnt mention before starting the exam that the $79 was only taken under insurance of I was to buy glasses grom them. After wasting 1 hour for a simple eye exam (which they took FOREVER for btw), had to walk out without a prescription because they were forcing me to pay the $79.

The technician hit me in the eye with the equipment. I could stop there but why? He had no idea how to operate any of the equipment. I tried to leave and another person came and did the initial tests. The technician (no actual doctors onsite) didn’t even know how to turn on the vision testing equipment. Once I was done, I told the person at the front I did not want my Rx or to try lenses because I knew it was inaccurate. He sad he understood but told me I had signed a contract and would still need to pay. He also told me that they could call the police. I never said I was not going to pay so the threat of police was unwarranted. I did get the corporate number from him and will be contacting them. Do not go here.

I went in today and was greeted warmly. I am very appreciative of the staff and their helpfulness when it came to attending me and answering my questions. The associate Mohammed explained the prescription to me very clearly and straightforward. The place was very clean and organized making it easy to know where to go.
