I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on providing great care. The front desk staff made check-in easy, and the entire visit was organized and efficient. I would especially like to recognize Julia and Debby. Julia was the technician who performed my testing before I saw the doctor, and she was professional, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I also want to give special recognition to Debby. After my prescription was finalized, I was given trial lenses while waiting for my final lenses to arrive. I mentioned that my vision didn’t feel quite right and asked whether my prescription had changed from my previous visit. Rather than dismissing my concerns, Debby took the time to evaluate the situation further. She had me perform additional testing, agreed that something didn’t seem right, and personally repeated the refraction to ensure my prescription was as accurate as possible. I truly appreciated her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to getting things right. It would have been easy to move on with the original prescription, but she took the extra time to make sure I received the best possible care. That level of dedication made a lasting impression on me. Thank you to Debby, Julia, the doctor, and the entire team for such a positive experience.

Massively slow. Only 1 persons working most of the time and unreliable on the phone. Waited on hold for 30 mins. Still waiting on an order and no contact. Supposed to be finished the 3rd, no contact and it’s the 4th. If you need something on the quicker side this is definitely not the place for you. It’s been over a week since my order was placed.
Friendly staff at the Mansfield location, however if you are looking to get an eye exam, I would not recommend them. You don’t get the personalized experience of meeting with an optometrist to get the correct prescription. And after going through multiple exams at this location and other locations by a “virtual” doctor, it was still not right (2 months later). A bunch of wasted time and gas driving back and forth for two months. The manager tried her best to assist with getting the prescription correct, but she is not an optometrist. They are very busy and get overwhelmed every time I am in there. I would not recommend Stanton Optical.
I went in today for contact lenses and Travis was very accommodating and pleasant. It took me a while to be fitted right he was patient with me, he then asked his associate Julia, who had my same type of vision and she was very helpful and able to find me the right contact lenses, but they were very patient and they didn’t rush me out like many places do two of the kindest individuals I have met today. I walked out of there with lenses in hand, and I can see really well and read very pleased with their customer service and their kindness!
Worst eye glass experience ever. So unprofessional and they have excuses for everything. Originally glasses had a horrible smell and they had not been trimmed or polished. So they were to reorder. They never called to tell me eye glasses were ready, I called twice. oh, I'll have to talk to manager. Never returned calls. So I thought I'll just pop in and talk to the manager myself and quickly realized where excuses came from. She basically said I only called twice and I should've called again. They had not even been ordered. I do not recommend Staton Optical to anyone. So disappointing and stressful trying to get glasses.
