I stopped in to see about getting new glasses and they got me in right then. I had never been to a Stanton Optical before and did not know what to expect. The telehealth part was unfamiliar, but essentially just a person on a screen asking you which lens you like better (you have the actual lens contraption to look into) as opposed to a person in the room asking you. Everything else was a very typical eye exam process. They have a fantastic selection of glasses and great prices. The whole place was pristinely clean and very nice. There is a nice bathroom as well. Mostly though, I was blown away by the knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff. Lorena the manager answered ALL of my questions without hesitation and also got me the best deal possible on my glasses. I wish I had gotten the other ladies' names so I could give them a shout out out too. Will be using this place for my whole family's optical needs from now on. Highly recommend.

Came in to get glasses staff made it easy and simple just the way I like it , would definitely recommend this place and make sure to ask for Yereny! She is such great help

The staff are very attentive and thorough explanations when buying glasses. They're very helpful when letting you know when your glasses will be ready for pick up and will call when they are ready. I've been getting glasses from them since 2019 and have been to the Merced location. I've only just recently gotten my glasses made with this location. The frames pictured are my first pair and that I've purchased nearly six years ago. The lenses have been changed with a new prescription.

Just went in real quick to see if I could get my sunglasses fixed and the employee working there (Pamela) went and checked to see if they had the right size screw for it and she was able to help me! So thankful for her and the other employee Crystal who was a very big help to my girlfriend our last visit. Two very awesome employees. If they're there while you're visiting, you're in luck 👍
