Our first at this location. Service was great! Pros helped us today. She was very professional and personable. Our questions were answered. She was enjoyable, and shared all of our options. We walked out with 3 pair of glasses!!
First visit in I was told my eyes had REALLY changed and I definitely needed new glasses. Went to pick up new glasses and prescription was not correct. They tested my old ones and said my astigmatism had been missed and they would remake my glasses. I was completely retested by Billy and he told me my vision had not changed much from my old glasses. (Feels like first crew wanted to make sure I bought new glasses) During conversation I was told my astigmatism had changed eyes. WHAT? In 51 years of wearing glasses I have never ....... I questioned that profusely, he assured me it happens. (SMH) I called yesterday to check if they were in was told yes but no optician on Tues. all other days starting at ten. I got there today (Wed) at 9:50 and was told he wouldn't be in untill 11:00. They asked me if I wanted to try them on without him. As soon as I put them on, instant headache and dizziness. I said I want my money back. They processed refund right away but now I have to wait for it to hit my bank so I can go somewhere else and start over.
Stanton Optical in Cartersville is the absolute best eye care office I've used. They are thorough and knowledgeable. The staff members who greeted me and set me up for my exam were so kind! The sales manager, Billy, helped my husband and I find the contacts that worked best for us. The contacts that Billy suggested for me are the best ones I've ever used. They also offered a service add on to my glasses to get the lenses thinner. My vision is extremely poor, but these are the thinnest lenses I've had in years.
Pria and the whole team were awesome. Gave me advice on my lenses and were super friendly!! Will recommend to anyone who needs glasses!!
