Absolutely horrid customer service. The worst experience I've ever had as a paying customer. The young lady (the only one working in the store) was indifferent and disrespectful. I had gone 3 weeks earlier and got my prescription and 2 pair of glasses. My husband made his appointment, saw the technician and was treated like it was a total burden to help us. We ended up paying for the exam and walking out. I 100% DO NOT recommend as you may end up with this young lady and wasting your time, even with an appointment. I will not be returning and I am telling everyone I know to steer clear. If anything happens to my glasses during my warranty period, I would much rather just go to Walmart and pay for new ones. And its really too bad because i like the glasses I bought a few weeks ago.

I came in for an eye exam and the two pair deal. I was provided a hybrid exam, which was interesting but very efficient. The staff in the store was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and provided a 10 out of 10 experience. Every employee greeted me and offered to help in any way they could. Excellent service and quality.

Ms. Pamela provided absolutely amazing service! This was my first time ever wearing contacts, and she made the entire process so easy and comfortable. She was patient, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Thanks to her, I feel confident and great wearing my contacts. — I highly recommend her!

Carl and Mel helped me out and Carl had noticed after my new prescription looked a little off and they gave it a double look and Mel fixed it to where it was spot on. I really appreciated them going above and beyond and making sure I have the proper prescription and that I didn't actually need two pairs anymore. My old optometrist prescribed me with reading glasses and ones for distance and when mel looked at my prescription she said due to the stigmatism I didn't actually need the reading glasses and she was correct. Now I can read my prescription bottle and read store signs on the road.

It was a great experience, fast, prompt, and was able to leave with my glasses in hand same day. All in the same visit. Ms. Pam was a pleasure to work with. She made sure I understood and made it easy for me to find the best fit for me. Thanks Stanton Optical!
