The staff was friendly and acommodating.Dr. Wilber was patient in answering all of my questions and making sure that I understood what was happening with my vision. Traveling from Mississippi to Louisiana, I saw this place, and I decided to check it out. The first young lady accepted my questions about the kind of frames I was looking for. Then, she processed to explain to her other worker who helped as well. While more visitors entered the store. The other asked me what was I looking for. Her explanation of the difference between progressive and bifocal was very highly understanding and very helpful. They were very nice and respectful. They contacted me to finish my purchase my glasses. I'm so excited about my new glasses coming. Thanks for your patience. They noticed I was hearing impaired. Thanks.
