The ladies at the front desk area around 3pm were very kind and patient with me and I really appreciated that. During the exam she reassured me that if we needed to go back and redo a lens we absolutely can, made me feel comfortable to speak up. When picking options I had a hard time, but was also reassured that I’m able to take my time and showed the more options I have available. Not to mention, when I got them picked out and paid for, they were ready in 30 minutes, phenomenal!! Thank you for this experience, I was recommended by my mother and now I will recommend to others ! 😊

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Stanton Optical in Saginaw. Anita, the Brand Manager, went above and beyond to help me. I was having temporary vision changes and was very stressed because I’m leaving soon for a trip to Europe. Anita got me in right away for an eye exam, helped me find sample contact lenses, and made sure I could see perfectly both near and far. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care turned what was a very stressful situation into a huge relief. Outstanding customer service like this is rare to find. I made an appointment and I told them my insurances they said they would look at them when I came in. I got there for appointment and said they don't take any of them. I have Medicare, Medicaid and Aetna but they have great discounts for me. I left biting my tongue.

Service was great but truly poor quality glasses for an insane price. 200 dollars for just the frames and they are creaky lenses feel like they are about to pop off....
