Honestly a good clean shopping center. Given malls are fading away across America this is one to definitely check out. Yes they have just about everything you need. Food court was closed unfortunately. I really admire the 1970s Architecture. Especially the old Sears. It's Very elegant. I'd recommend seeing the Sears building before it's tore down or Remodeled.

Fashion Square Mall is dying a slow death just like Genesee Valley Center and Courtland Center down in Flint. About 70 percent of the mall sits vacant, including the entire food court. The parking lot is littered with potholes, and even the mall itself is slowly falling apart. I remember coming here when I was in college and it was a decent place to shop. Now, it’s just a shell of its former self.

I went here with some friends. We came in through the food court. Some storefronts was vacant. We saw a poster in one that used to be for dipping dots. We visited the Sleeping Tiger and F.Y.E. I can defiantly recommend stopping by the F.Y.E store here they have some pretty good items from Japan!

I had a return for JCPenney. Associate #0651 was a wonderful help! She made suggestions for what size I SHOULD be wearing simply by comparing our builds.

Always a good spot to go hang with friends, family, spouses! A lot of different varieties of places to shop and definitely a good walking place as well! Always come here when i have free time to take a walk or shop around.
