I was looking online to find a place near me to order glasses. I read some great reviews about LensCrafters and decided to stop by. I was immediately helped by Antonia. I explained to her what I was looking for and the first pair she showed me was exactly what I wanted. She was so helpful in answering all my questions and telling me the different options. I left there ordering the pair of glasses.
Jordan handled my order today. He is the manager over at the LensCrafters in Saginaw, Michigan. He made the experience very easy to navigate. I ordered two pair of glasses. I needed to know the correct way to go about my purchase today. He instructed me on which option would benefit me best. He did NOT try to BS me through the process. He was very honest and NOT misleading. Absolutely, loved my experience today. If you need glasses, please go see Jordan. Tell him Lena sent you.
I would like to commend Jordan at the LensCrafters Saginaw, Michigan location for the excellent service he provided to me on Thursday, April 2, 2026. Jordan was extremely thorough, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer my questions clearly, made sure everything was handled carefully, and made me feel confident that my needs were being fully addressed. His attention to detail and courteous manner really stood out. Jordan’s level of customer service reflects very positively on your Saginaw location, and I wanted to make sure his efforts were recognized.
Big shout out to Ashton Cooper. He was pleasant and very helpful on our purchase of glasses. I highly recommend LensCrafter in Saginaw Mi. We will made this our home for getting our glasses. They also have a large assortment of different styles of glasses to choose from. Five stars.
Jordan is by far the best asset that LensCrafters has! I stepped on my glasses and mangled the frames really bad. Went to the nearest eyewear place and was told they couldn’t be fixed. Went to LensCrafters and Jordan FIXED THEM! I am so impressed! Not only does he have AMAZING SKILLS, but he’s very customer oriented. I could tell he was some sort of manager within the first 30 seconds. Did I forget to mention how friendly, warm, and funny he is? He could make the most grumpy person on the planet feel elated! I will keep going to LensCrafters for all my eyewear needs as long as he is there. Somebody…PLEASE give this guy a raise!!!
