I'm giving this business a 1 star because I was just a few minutes late and apparently I missed their "grace period" for them to see me. I drove 50 mins and that's all they could say. I will never return here and I will conduct business elsewhere. It's somewhat difficult to manage time accurately when you have children and a family. I did all I could to get there as fast as I possibly could
I will rate them a one. I called about my glasses, and this guy told me they would be done at 6 PM on Friday. So I went in at 1:30 PM Saturday, and the guy told me they would be in on Monday. I don't think they have a clue what they are doing. I have bought glasses here in the past and never had a problem until now.
This is the second time I have been here. I am even more satisfied than the first time! Chelsea put my glasses back together that I had broken the arm off and bent the screw. My mom was about to pay for the glasses she chose and saw the pair eyewear display. Zane redid all the payment with a smile and great attitude. We are so happy!!
I return each year to Americas Best. Zayne and the team there are my go to for eye care. The ease of getting in for eye exams and the service has always been top notch. I will return for future visits and when people ask me where I go I always say to go to Americas Best.
Compared to the Bay City store, Saginaw is a joke. The employees do not care about the customers & run the store so inefficiently it’s ridiculous. I choose this store because Bay City was booked. I’ll never make that mistake again.
