Walmart Vision Center

Trying to say I owe them another 50 bucks. Waiting on them to turn into insurance to see how much i actually owe them. Takes them months to turn into insurance. Got exam on Dec 31st with change in lenses on Jan 10th. Paid 194 total. They didn't billed until on March 21st but full bill still not at insurance on March 30th. The store won't answer why said to call and the payment line in TX only says insurance denied but didn't break down. Don't go to the vision center in Saginaw MI

If i could give a negative review I could, the staff seem to have atittude against someone with color, and I say this because I walked in with an appointment and was greeted like I wasnt suppose to be here. Plus a white lady walks in an there faces changes, they put on the most fake smiles and then assisted here first, while I waited 45 mins. While I waited more white people walked in to just browse and again the most fake smiles got put back on.

Dr. made me feel very comfortable and super easy to talk to. Joy was a blessing to work with to get glasses.

I don't usually write reviews. But after purchasing my glasses here, I just had to. Linda was so so helpful, kind and overall awesome! She helped me pick glasses that fit comfortably, without being pushy. I had purchased my glasses from the state street Walmart a couple years back and definitely did not receive the same service. Thanks Linda!

Used Walmart Vision originally in Alpena MI, then Tawas City and now living in Bay City MI, I use the Bay Road Saginaw location. Excellent service and price at all 3 vision centers. Jan 2023 was my second time using Bay Road. SUPER satisfied with my new script, frames and lenses. Very Professional!
