Riverfront Eyecare

Had a great experience at River front eyecare today. The staff was very friendly. I didnt have to wait long to be seen. Dr Moliterno. Was very kind, and caring. I felt very comfortable. She explained everything, very thorough with the exam. The tech who helped me with my new glasses was very knowledgeable. She helped me choose frames that best fit me. She covered all my options with my insurance, to give me the best deal. Have never had a bad experience here, even after more than 8 years.

I met with Dr. Courtney and she did a very thorough exam, answered all of my concerns, and you could genuinely tell she cares about her patients. She also helped point me in the right direction with some helpful recommendations/references, which I really appreciated. I was in and out of my appointment without ever feeling rushed, and the entire office was extremely clean and organized. The staff was also very professional and welcoming. While checking in, I actually witnessed them handle a difficult client with so much patience and class, and that honestly stood out to me too. Overall, such a positive experience and I would definitely recommend Riverfront Eyecare!

Great place for your eye care. Dr. Hannah Massey is very thorough, patient and explains things that you can understand. Nicole, Dr. Massey’s assistant is very nice and personable. The receptionist, I did not catch her name, but she was very, very nice and helpful. The woman that fitted me for my glasses I couldn’t have asked for a better person not sure of her name either. Overall, a very enjoyable experience. And I have been going to Riverfront eye care for over 20 years and I still appreciate all of them and what they do for me.

Was told 2 weeks MAX for my glasses. 3½ weeks go by and I call to check on them just to be told for the FIRST time that the frames I chose are out of stock....I then had to pry out the admission that after a month of not being able to see, that they hadn't even started my glasses. Very disappointed and for the record, I had already called and asked where my glasses were 2 times PRIOR to being told they weren't even available or started almost a month later. Like good Lord you guys, your jobs are not that demanding.

I now live in Florida and still come to Riverfront when we're in Michigan. I love Lisa, she's the best!
