I had a great experience at this location! Zera was the sales associate who helped me, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service. Zera was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. For the first time in a long time, I felt like I truly understood my prescription and left feeling much more confident than I have after previous eye doctor visits. I ended up finding two pairs of glasses that I love, and the entire process was seamless. I needed same-day glasses, and they were ready in no time. I grabbed a coffee at a nearby cafe while I waited, and before I knew it, my glasses were ready for pickup. The customer service, speed, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this location, especially if you need glasses the same day!

You could easily swing by while you’re already out shopping on 202 or hitting other nearby stores.

I’m writing to share an experience with a store associate that was both rude and mean. Throughout the interaction, the associate spoke to me in an unprofessional way and made the situation uncomfortable rather than helpful. I went in expecting normal customer service, but instead I was met with hostility. I’m asking management to review staff conduct and reinforce appropriate customer service standards. I’ll likely think twice before returning if this is how customers are treated.

10/10 place, the people here are absolutely amazing and kind, they actually care about you and go above and beyond, I went in and got an eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses same day! And they saved me a bunch! Thank you guys! Ill be back for any of my eye care needs!
