Today was the first time i met Dr. Dunn and he was very nice. He explained to give my son son some drops and informed us of what to so if any changes occur. My son said he really liked him and thought he was nice. The office was nice and clean and we were out within a half hour. I highly recommend.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Dunn for about 20 years. He’s trustworthy, honest, approachable and very knowledgeable. Takes out the time to answer questions to better educate you on your condition. Office is clean and inviting . Recently renovated. Staff is warm and friendly.

Dr. Dunn is the best. Always a great experience when you visit their office. All the staff is very nice, professional and go out of their way to give their patients the best service and pricing. I especially want to give a shout out to Reece for helping me find the best frames for my face. I highly recommend Dr. Dunn and his staff for all your vision needs.

I have been a patient of Dr Dunn for 11 years. I love him and his optical staff. I receive excellent and professional care. I am a bit sad that the family business has been sold to a corporate chain. They have lost a lot of employees because of this. I hope they can find good people, who stay. In any case, I will be going to Dr Dunn until he decides to retire. He's the best!

I have been a patient of Dr. Dunn for many years. However, in the past few years, especially after COVID, Dr. Dunn has become extremely rude to both me and my husband, who has been seeing him since high school. You simply cannot question him; he gets incredibly defensive and rude. The quality of this office has completely deteriorated since the pandemic. Today, I had an appointment with Dr. Dunn, and the front receptionist, Cheyenne, was exceptionally rude. I have never been treated with this much disrespect, and lack of care. She should not have a job as a receptionist with a nasty attitude, and no empathy. She didn’t even say hello and acted as if I was a nuisance. She said Dr. Dunn is not here when I told her I had an appointment. She provided no information, saying I should have been called last week because Dr. Dunn had an emergency. When I asked for further details, she shrugged it off, saying it wasn’t her fault and refused to write down her name or provide any corporate office information. She slapped the sticky note on the counter, raised her voice, and said there is a pen you can write it yourself. She even said the manager had just quit. Worse still, she was extremely racist and very dismissive. She never apologized to me, and also raised her voice at me. Do not go to this office. This was the final straw for me. I have been incredibly patient and understanding with Dr. Dunn and his rude staff for years. The previous manager that was there for many years was also extremely rude as well. The office staff is absolutely awful, and Dr. Dunn, now nearing retirement, simply does not care anymore. After he sold his practice to a corporate entity, he didn’t even send out a notification. As a result of today, I had to take time off work, get soaked in the rain, and now I have no appointment. Today was the absolute last straw. We will go to another office where we are respected, and appreciated.
