Steiner Eye Care

I have been a patient at Austin Vision Center for over forty years. I have never experienced anything other than courteous, prompt, informed service, both from the staff at the front desk and the spectacle specialists who work behind them. As for the Optometrists, first the now-retired Dr. Mark Hutson and his excellent successor Dr. Pham, they are brilliant. Dr Hutson may have saved my husband's life by noticing during a routine check that the artery that runs through the eye was "stiff": turned out that he had serious plaque build up, and needed immediate medication. Dr Pham has been supportive, patient, and attentive throughout my less-than-satisfactory experience with cataract surgery at another practice. I trust his judgment. During my last visit (today) he spent almost two hours testing and retesting my sight, and counselling on next steps. And he never makes me feel old and stupid. (I am indubitably old but definitely not stupid.) Thanks to everyone at this practice.

If I could give Dr. Pham, Deana and the rest of the team at Austin Vision Center a ten start review I would. They are the best of the best -- customer-focused, thorough, kind and knowledgable. I've seen Dr. Pham for many years and he's helped me through vision changes, dry eye, eye infections and upgrading my glasses. They are never pushy and always look for the most affordable path. They offer the most current styles but are never pushy and always look for the most affordable path. Dr. Pham is a perfectionist and will keep grinding til he finds the exact right prescription. Everyone who works there is a gem. I will never go anywhere else for vision care.

I’m obsessed with Austin Vision. Not only are they extremely kind, the entire team is incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Pham explains everything from start to finish and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend Dr. Pham and team for your eye ball needs 😉

I had an eye exam today at Austin Vision Center. My appointment was at 11am. They were prompt and my appointment was over in 30 minutes or so. They scanned my retina, checked my vision and I had a throat visit with the doctor. Overall, I think Everyone did a very good job and I appreciated the professionalism.

Best staff and eye doctor in town! Leveraging technology to generate great data on the health of your eyes as well as, of course, your vision. Nice selection of frames and skilled specialist to assist you with prescription glasses and/or sunglasses. I highly recommend!
