Longtime patient. Bespoke care, unlike Big Box clinics. The staff and doctor know you. Genuine time and education spent with you during each exam, fitting and selection. Dr. Franklin is known for her specialization in contact lenses and diseases of the eye. Oh and garage parking is validated.
One of the best offices I’ve visited. Dr. Franklin is very knowledgeable about eye care and takes her time to describe any eye issues and remediation. Office staff is very pleasant. If I ever move from the area, I’d definitely return to this office for eye care.
I have been going to see Dr. Franklin for years now and she is hands down the best optometrist I've ever had! Dr. Franklin is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and up-to-date on the newest technologies and research. She has never shamed me when I reported that I didn't change out my contacts as often as I should have, and always offers treatment recommendations with thoughtful consideration of her patients' financial situations. The entire Modern Eyes staff is very competent, kind, and understanding. The office is clean and comfortable. It seems like every time I go in, they have a new technology to provide the best patient experience (no more air puffs in the eye or need for those inconvenient pupil dilations!). Cannot recommend this place highly enough!
I always have an excellent experience at Modern Eyes and recommend it to everyone I know! Dr. Franklin and her team are friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I truly feel cared for every time I visit, and I look forward to my yearly eye exams with them.
Been going here for like seven years i think? Always felt at ease and welcome and The entire staff from front desk to the doctors are incredible. Their streamlined process means each visit is efficient and effective. In particular, Dr. Sonja Franklin has been the best eye doctor I have been to in my entire life, I cannot recommend Modern Eyes enough. 10/10
