Really great experience all around working with Dani. I recently started going to Fine Eyeware after a poor experience elsewhere. I really appreciate the luxury experience I receive when I go here. Dani is super attentive, offers good suggestions on lenses and frames. I like that she has an opinion, and knows her industry well. Including how to service the frames, how to adjust, and how different lenses work better than others. I think what’s impressed me most is the short amount of time it takes to get lenses made, and their ability to get it done on the first try. I haven’t purchased any frames from Fine Eyeware, but they have an exceptional selection. I would encourage you to them a try, and work with Dani.

I had such a great experience at the store thanks to Maria. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of glasses and made the whole process feel easy and stress free. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything looked and fit perfectly. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you go to this location, I highly recommend asking for Maria. She did an amazing job and made the experience 10/10. Thank you again, Maria!

Between eye infections, contacts, computer glasses, and everyday glasses, Dr. Minnick and her team have always resolved whatever eye obstacle/challenge I tend to face. I’ve been a regular patient for almost 4 years, and when my lens prescription changes, they are very accomodating; not only dialing in my new script, but also having a plethora of stylish glasses to choose from. I want to stress how calm and understanding they are. When you are not seeing well, this effects your attitude; yet, they are resolute in their patience and care with me until the problem is resolved… Highly recommended!

I was visiting in Austin recently, and I had a problem with a pair of prescription sunglasses. They were the only ones I had for the trip. I happened to see this store and I stopped in and told them my sad story. They took care of me graciously and selflessly and I just still can’t believe it. And they would not take any payment for the services they rendered in order to get me up and running again with sunglasses that I could wear. I can’t tell you how much I value that kind of customer service. And they did that for a complete stranger who is probably never going to see them again. So, if you’re in Austin and you need eye care services from an examination to frames, etc., you could not go wrong by having these people take care of you and your needs.

I had Maria help me tighten my glasses and it was the best experience I’ve had so far! She was very detailed oriented and made sure it fit me just right before letting me leave! An amazing experience with amazing workers.
