Dr. Jhaveri returned my call on a weekend and scheduled me for an emergency appointment the next day, on a Sunday. He explained my condition clearly, walked me through my options, and gave me a solid understanding of what to do next. He took his time and answered every question I had. I’m convinced Dr. Jhaveri is one of the best retina doctors in Austin. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and the type of doctor you are dealing with a serious eye problem.

These doctors and staff are absolutely wonderful. I love going to their offices. They work with you to get results. I would definitely come here
Did not agree at all with the retina doctor here. Also the doctor did not address why he would de dizzy at the same time he had this issue. Weird that she said light doesn't affect the eyes, yet they give sunglasses going out. She also stated that being on electronic devices for a prolonged period of time is unharmful to the eye which is completely false. Also if you need to train other eye doctors do it on your own time and don't use the time when a patient who payed for the visit to do so. Focus on the patient instead of the training. You did give time for that but rushed at the questions and concerns that I brought up without giving any explanation of why that is. Doctors like these are not doctors who care about the patient.
Walking in the Dr. office, LaToya was all bright smiles full of energy and really nice to talk to. Margarita was extremely nice when taking my information before seeing Dr. Jhaveri. Nicole at the small waiting area was very cordial as well. Overall, the experience was truly pleasant. Dr.Jhaveri answered all my questions.
Everything went smoothly. The doctor was very caring and attentive to all my needs. She is an excellent communicator and very knowledge- able physician. Her staff are very professional and caring as well.
