I highly recommend Dr. Apple and her staff. They were pleasant from the time they greeted me, until the time I left. I went only for an eye exam and ended up with a pair of Gucci glasses. That's how good they are! I would recommend Sterling Optical. They have a nice selection of frames. I'll be back for sure!

We had a great experience today during our first visit at Sterling Optical. Jonathan and Tiffany were amazing. They immediately made my family and I feel at ease. My son has not enjoyed the eye doctor due to bad experience in the past. Today, all of that changed. I truly appreciate this place and their customer service!! I definitely recommend them!!
This is my 3rd trip sterling my 3rd phone call. Which I'm promised a return call that has not happened. I have call to find out where my order is. And I still don't have an answer. For contacts lenses that they convinced me to order a years worth and paid for in advance .But has only given me 1/2 the order. I was going to order glasses, but no thanks. CUSTOMER SERVICE is important.
I wish I could give Jonathan a 10 star, his ability to keep a stressful situation so calm was amazing. I expected to see Dr. Apple the day of my appointment but later found out that I would be doing a virtual appointment with a doctor I had never met. Jonathan was the one that made the whole procedure, process, and experience pleasant. Jonathan was the one who did my exam and did it with great confidence and ease. Every time I go to Sterling Optical and Jonathan is there, he always greets me with a hello and a smile. He greets everyone that walks through the door the same way. Sterling Optical should be very thankful for Jonathan, he is great at his job, and it shows.
