Been coming here for years and every single time I come in, I'm greeted with a smiling face and warm welcome. They know me by name and are so personable. They're not like a regular eye doctor, they GENUINELY care about their clients/patients. I HIGHLY recommend them!
I’ve gotten my last two prescriptions filled here for glasses and I must say the service has been exemplary: Thanks to Daniela originally suggesting I take out the replacement insurance, I just had them replace my frames at no charge after our dog mangled the frames. The manager Newy immediately went to work and I had my glasses back with the new frame in less than 10 minutes. All around great experience including their complete examination services I’ve used in the past
I picked up my new glasses this evening and couldn’t be more thrilled with both them and the experience I had. For context, I’ve been wearing glasses for 30 years and have *never* had such a bespoke experience as the one I had when Melissa helped me pick out these frames. She spent a full hour with me and had such a good eye for what would look good on my face, and in the end I went with this pair of Tom Ford’s that she had selected, and I’ve never enjoyed a pair of glasses more than these. Gary helped me with selecting lenses and he couldn’t have been nicer. I truly can’t overstate what a wonderful group of people there are at Sterling and I will absolutely go back when it’s time to replace these, but not any time soon!
I had my eye exams twice at Sterling Optical. I was taken care of very well. Gary, the owner of the store, is very friendly, kind, welcoming and treats you like family. What I like most about Sterling Optical, you can change the lens of your glasses within an hour. For your information, you can't find this service anywhere. Most places give you two weeks just to change the lens of your glasses. They are absolutely superb! Wait time is never an issue. I strongly recommend!
Amazing customer service ! Gary is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Had my eye exam done right on premises ended up purchasing a few pair of glasses. Gary went above and beyond to make sure I was totally satisfied with my selection .
