Not very happy with this office. Was told our glasses would be ready in 3 weeks. Over 4 weeks now and nobody can give me an update. I will be contacting our insurance company to let them know how incompetent they are.

I loved this place when it was run my Dr. R but will no longer be a patient. Doctor turn over along with horrible treatment at the front optical center has changed this place. I waited for months for my contacts, "we expect them next Friday" week after week so I did my research and come to find out the orders were filed under insurance but never placed. Called suppliers directly and there were no shipping delays. Once I made a stink over the phone; one member of the family was ordered and then they showed up immediately. Then their own system betrayed them and copied me on the order to the supplier for the second family member contacts after two months. For the third family member, I finally went in and sat in the office waiting to be addressed only to be completely ignored for the remaining set of contacts. Voicemails were not returned and when I called them out for floating my funds, no further contact. Even though my daughter has specialty lenses, I will paying to start the program over elsewhere. If Google would let me post with NO starts I would.

I loved when Dr Johnson was at the other place. So this is what happened to me. My glasses got broke i called them. They set up an appointment because they said I was good for an exam and glasses, later to find out I'm not. I needed glasses so I went in to get them. No hey how can I help you, but we close at 6 it was 525. The website says closes at 7 fyi. They were rude and no compassion whats so ever. If you don't like your profession get out. We pay enough for insurance. I did not get glasses. I will go somewhere else. Dr Johnson you should have stayed where you were. These guys suck.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a rip-off. I was a patient with Dr. Johnson and often ordered more contacts through him. I called his number and got redirected to this office. I was originally told $145 for 3 months worth of contacts. I gave them my credit card information to place the order. The next day I got a call that the price was incorrect and an additional charge was needed. The new price quoted was $155. $10 more wasn't a unreasonable to me, so I agreed, only to find the charge on my card was $165! In addition to the $145! I called to have the order canceled and the charge removed. I was told that this issue would be brought up with a manager and that a manager would give me a call back. I never received a call from a manager, and they refused to refund my money. We'll see if I actually get the contacts, based on some other reviews I wish I had read here first!

I use to love this place, but I don't any longer. We won't be going back and suggest that unless it's a medical issue, that you stay far far away. I have no issues with the doctors but the optical staff are rude and not good at customer services. Customers and patients are what build the business but with the new changes, it doesn't feel like they want to keep clients. I will be changing practices for my entire family. A staff member was so rude when I was trying to understand the logic behind why I couldn't get my step daughters glasses fixed. They refused to fix the frames because the warranty ran out. I was told I could only buy a new frame, priced over $200. The kicker is they conveniently broke in a way that my step daughter could not have reasonably broke them the day after the lens were put in her existing frames. When trying to understand the policy staff was rude and kept saying that it was their policy not to fix them, a waiver was signed etc. The only recourse was to get a new frame. My step daughter had been without her glasses for about a week already they didn't seem to care that these glasses are a must for our diabetic child to ensure she doesn't' get headaches. No where does it state they won't fix glasses even if we paid for it. They out right refused. I then tried getting the prescription, so I could figure out a reasonable option outside paying $200 for another set of frames I was told I would have to pay for the prescription and they refused to give me other information about the measurements because it wasn't part of her prescription. It was against company policy to give me any of the other information that I requested. They were unwilling to accolade ANY solution out side of ordering the same frames that just broke. The service I received was very curt and cold not being one bit sympathetic to our situation. It's really sad that this eye doctor office is not what it use to be.
